You will manage the sales and operations execution (S&OE) process and are the cross-functional escalation point for S&OE decisions. You will achieve business results (revenue, cash, cost and service) by driving process efficiency and optimizing the decision-making process in daily operations, especially on conflicting priorities, and ensure cross-functional stakeholders are engaged.

How you will contribute

You will:

Prepare and chair the weekly S&OE meeting, organizing insights from demand and supply planning, highlighting changes and risks, and presenting potential scenarios to resolve the demand/supply imbalances to deliver customer needsOversee the S&OE process-escalation triggers, participation guidelines, decision-making process, continuous improvement and change managementSeek consensus among all areas and clarity on decisions to be made and ensure that decisions are formally communicated and executed properlyOwn the Case Fill Rate and OnTime In Full governance, reporting and RCA process by working across ISC and commercialProvide projections for service and inventory in the 0-6 week-period based on S&OE execution
