Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplishment sales revenue target with high growth rate.
- Deep dive leading customers, include TE strategy, products(NPI & customized), senior management exchange, quotation, quality, demand and risk management, delivery etc.
- Closely collaborates with customer engineering and purchasing department, dig out more platform projects and design won IND solution and then must convert to new order, set up strategy cooperation between Customers and TE.
- Proactively interface and communicate with customers & CBU & internal TE stakeholders (including Management team, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Pricing, Quality, CCP, Supply Chain) to make sure to get stakeholders support.
- 80% Sales role, 20% FAE role.
- Provide high quality customer support, consulting services and advice on technical-related topics concerning TE products and service.
- Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates to the involved parties, especially the PM.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to understand the most updated customer status.
- Keep self learning. Understand the customer, the market, competition, technology roadmaps and trends and apply this knowledge to customer solutions.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Sales revenue (POP/POS/Stock/Payment/Business drive)
- Leading Customers deep dive and new potential customer development
- Cooperate with CBU/Distributor well to develop IND business growth
- Account Plan/Pipeline/Conversion/Must win Maintenance

- NPI, Customize solution promotion and Schaffner product cross selling

Key Qualifications, Experiences & Knowledge:
- University engineering degree (Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronics engineering preferred)
- More than 5 years relative working experience, big customer experience is must .
- Business acumen & Self learning
- Knowledge of Business Development & Distributor Engage/Enable
- Strategy view for whole business
- Willing and having capacity to work in stretch & complex situation
- Creative, analytical and structured thinking with the ability to execute on priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organizational functions (inside and outside of TE)
