**Job Description** + Reporting to the Vice President of Distribution and Logistics, provide Engineering, Technical, Project Management and Continuous Improvement services in support of Distribution and Logistics Operations. Will work primarily on cross-functional projects in support of Customer and Company initiatives to achieve improved levels of customer satisfaction and optimized cost. **Job Responsibilities** + Lead Distribution Center and Fulfillment Facility construction projects from design through start-up. This includes optimized distribution system ideation, completing engineering drawings, capital equipment procurement, distribution equipment construction management, and support operations leadership with start-ups. + Serve as the primary Project Management SME for Distribution and Logistics organization. + Develop and maintain a facility management program for all facilities to ensure a safe and secure workplace while minimizing downtime. + Perform Distribution Network Optimization studies to realize optimal service and cost performance. + Support Distribution and Logistics senior management in the creation and deployment of performance management system. + Led and participate in Continuous Improvement activities utilizing Lean Methodologies across the organization to delivery higher value to our customers. **Qualifications** + Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or Supply Chain Management. + One to three years of Manufacturing or Distribution experience. **Education** **About Aramark** **Our Mission** Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
