Purpose of Role: The Distribution Supervisor will be responsible to help achieve relevant KPI’s, driving continuous improvement, delivering value to our customers, and collaborating across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Achievement of KPIs: Focus on achieving relevant KPIs including Zero Harm Safety, On-Time Delivery, and Revenue Output.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in your team and relevant work processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Customer Value: Deliver value to our customers through efficient distribution operations and excellent service.Collaboration: Collaborate with other groups across the organization to ensure smooth operations and alignment with overall business objectives.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Relevant experience (5-10 years) in a large distribution business, including management of warehouse operations.Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge and familiarity with SAP are considered a plus.College degree is preferred and could serve as a reduction to years of required experience.
