Job OverviewThe Distribution Systems Administrator II is accountable for leading a team of Distribution Systems Administrators in the coordination delivery, setup, and inventory maintenance of assigned systems. This role serves as level 1 help desk for the assigned systems, and also provides reporting regarding usage, process adherence, and performance.
Duties & Responsibilities Assists teammates in person, telephonically, and electronically through providing tier 1 support with distribution systems hardware, software, or processes Performs, researches resolves, and responds to highly complex questions in accordance with current standards Observes problem trends on frequent issues and documents, learnings, and solutions; tracks records, and reports on device inventories to senior leaders to support business operations and to improve processes Executes various process requirements (SFA Questions, Preloads, etc.) Manages, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines Engages and develops teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training; implementing continuous improvement methods and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership opportunities Supports the business through installation and maintenance of systems and programming to ensure purpose and functionality closely aligns with business procedures, directions, and strategies Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Superior organizational and communication skills Strong understanding of field processes and accountabilities Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience Work EnvironmentOffice environment
