Distribution Transformation Leader (Assistant Distribution Manager)

It involves leading and supporting comprehensive process improvements and advancing both processes and team capabilities to better meet the needs of the Home Hardware Dealers. Led by the Manager, Distribution this position is ideal for someone with keen foresight, strong leadership qualities, exceptional collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to thriving in a dynamic environment. Ready to make an impact? Here’s how:  Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and initiatives within the distribution sector.Leads improvement through root cause analysis of process and performance to achieve improvements in operational effectiveness, efficiencies, and cost reduction.Manage complex process improvement projects and deliver productivity targets.Collaborate across all levels of the organization to identify and implement quality process improvements, find process interactions and dependencies, and develop key performance indicators.
