Distributor Development Lead

The purpose of the role is to build Business Partner (Distributor) and Distributor Sales team capability to drive business performance and deliver growth in the traditional trade through an efficient and profitable operation. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across distributors by conducting audits, implementing key initiatives, assessing financial and operational metrics, and leading digital transformation for the function. **A DAY IN THE LIFE …** + Responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across distributors by conducting audits, implementing key initiatives, assessing financial and operational metrics, lead digital transformation for the function. This includes managing all the HR KPIs for the distributors (Turnover, Gender Balance, Recruitment…etc.) + Act as a single point of contact for HR deliverables in the distributors’ team (Turnover, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment, etc.) + Ensure having end to end process in distributors recruitment cycle (develop onboarding process, hiring process, promotions SOP). + Works cross functionally to identify, prioritize and develop commercial initiatives that meet the need of consumer, shoppers, distributors and Nestle + Manage Customer checklists and audits. + Drive NCE implementation with distributors team. + Implement Distributor assessment (D-Pad) + Lead on Distributor’s Recognition program. + Support in enhancing distributors capabilities. + Lead on distributor development dashboards. + Act as the diversity pillar to ensure having safety environment for distributor employees. **What will make you successful…** + A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience (including HR experience is preferred with strong business acumen). + Influence without authority mindset, people management skills & a turnaround mindset. + Clear understanding and eagerness to learn cross functional metrics, like warehousing, truck efficiency, P&L & Attrition. + Strong Communication, Presentation, and Analytical Skills.
