The position will be based in Athens and will report directly to Regional Business Unit Manager. **Role description:** + Coordinates the business processes in Greek affiliate. + Develops and manages relationships and communications with internal and cross-functional partners and external customers. + Business Management 70%; Customer Management 30%. **Business outcomes:** + Delivering on financial and brand(s) performance objectives. + Ensures business continuity through maintaining relationships with external stakeholders. + Search new business opportunities. + High brand integrity across all campaigns, marketing initiatives and communications. **What You'll do:** + Ensuring business continuity by maintaining relationships with external stakeholders as EOPYY (Social Security fund), EOF (National drug organization), distributors and others. + Cooperate and support internal stakeholders as regulatory, marketing, finance, logistic and etc. + Cooperation with distributor’s Sales team, support Sales Representatives through all phases of projects implementation and development. + Analyze and monitor brand(s) and competitive performance to identify new opportunities and potential risks to the business; evaluating secondary and primary data to develop holistic understanding on business and market influencers. + Plan and executes marketing activities: Remains on budget in the implementation of activities, as assigned, including sales materials and promotions; works with S&OP team to help manage and monitor demand forecast and supply choices. + Role-model ethical behavior by demonstrating integrity and transparency. + Collects and tracks relevant category and competitor information + Act as owners of the business by maximizing net sales growth and margin expansion. **Required qualifications & background:** + Prior experience experience in communication with EOPYY (Social Security fund) and EOF (National drug organization) is critical for this role. + Experience in reimbursed medicine sector would be a strong asset, experience in nutrition area preferred. + Prior experience in distributor management in a corporate environment is desired. + University degree in science, nutrition, commercial or other relevant field preferred. + Native Greek is a must. + Very good level of English (both written and spoken). + Strong negotiations skills. + Excellent communication skills with ability to build business relationships with across different functions. + Ability to travel occasionally across Athens and other regions in Greece when necessary.
