Distributor Onboarding Specialist
At Oxbox (https://www.oxboxhvac.com/) and through our partnership with Trane Technologies TM , we provide affordable and durable home-heating and cooling solutions.   **Where is the work:** This is a **remote** position based in the Central or Eastern United States. **Responsibilities:** + Participate in Sales Excellence Pipeline process to ensure a best-in-class Onboarding experience, both pre and post account set up. + ·Make recommendations to continuously improve onboarding standard work and assist with the development and implementation of standard work improvements that may be identified + Proactively reach out to new distributors to: + Provide training sessions and educational materials to help them understand our product offering, and online tools + Understand any pain points, and remove roadblocks + Provide helpful resources, materials, and points of contact + Monitor and report on the progress of new distributors during the onboarding process. + Collaborate with Sales Team, CSM Team, Marketing and shared services to ensure we meet channel revenue and MBU quotas + Host Distributor Online Office Hours & Events + Participate in Success Huddles to strengthen customer relationships + Establish a cadence for proactively calling small and/or unassigned accounts to renew interest in Oxbox + Generates revenue for existing accounts by looking for opportunities, and understanding dealer goals **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience + Previous experience in inside Sales or account management preferred + Knowledge of HVAC products/parts and HVAC systems applications preferred + CRM/SalesForce experience is preferred + Demonstrated proficiency with presenting subject matter online and in person. + Highly self-motivated, goal oriented, resilient. + Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Works well in a team environment with diverse members of different backgrounds and experiences to achieve business results. **Thrive at work and at home:** + **Benefits** kick in on **DAY ONE** for you _and_ your family, including health insurance – **WE DARE TO CARE** ! + **401K** **match** up to 6%. + **Paid time off,** including in support of **volunteer** and **parental leave** needs. + Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with **tuition assistance** . **Compensation:** Base Pay Range: Starts at $85,000 and up based on experience and will include an incentive plan. Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
