What You’ll Work On
The Distributor Region and Central America Controller primarily job responsibilities are to act as financial leader and business partner for the DX-CAM Regional General Manager, will play a key role in the implementation of business strategies to grow sales and profitability. Provide strategic vision, valuable insights and focus related to financial issues facing the business unit. The Controller is responsible for owning all the processes and procedures that drive the financial projections and management analysis the region. This includes leading financial reporting, budget preparation, margin risk analysis, deal analysis and forecast accuracy. Additionally assuring strong and cost-effective internal controls are in place and executed.
CORE RESPONSABILITIES:
Keep alignment with business partners to ensure support to Commercial Strategy ImplementationCoordinate and present accurate and timely fact-based analysis supporting management’s decisions.Present financial information into clear and concise value-added analysis.Drive the FP&A Process in the Region including:Support Setting and Tracking of Financial Targets (Plan/LBE/IBP)Drive Sales and Margin Forecast Accuracy.Perform Margin Risk and Contingency analysis.Act as financial leader for monthly IBP process and decision support.Respond effectively to operational and market changes to meet the financial commitments of the ADD Business.Streamline processes to provide timely and meaningful financial information to both Distributor Region General Manager and the Area Controller.Maintain an effective system of internal financial controls.Effectively manages communication with and understand cultural differences of the affiliates to ensure alignment with Division and Corporate expectations.Lead and develop staff through training and coaching. Ensure people talent is aligned with actual and future business needs.Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.Minimum 8 years of experience in FP&A, with experience at Country/ Region levelFluency in English and Spanish are requiredPreferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position is $111,300.00 – $222,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
