Our compensation package for this position holds an estimated starting value of $60,000/ year:
$50,000 Base Compensation Package $2000 per year educational credit for continued education, certifications specific to marketing field, or technology needed to perform work requirements $3600 per year Health Allowance Benefit $2400 per year Fuel Allowance 10 Days PTO Annually upon successful completion of 90-day introductory period Annual Bonus Incentive for meeting and exceeding established KPIs Networking and growth opportunity across the network of Crunch Franchises Complimentary Peak Results Plus membership Description and Scope: Incumbent will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing a comprehensive marketing and promotional strategy to drive new member units, increase member engagement, and increase member retention using branded and established methods and practices while also exploring new trends and ideas to keep fresh energy. The current scope includes four existing locations and 2-3 potential locations within the next few years.

Education and Experience Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or related field is required. At least three (3) years experience in consumer marketing, advertising, or media field. Experience executing local marketing plans while also supporting national programs as needed. Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work at the strategic level and at the tactical level with ability to problem solve. Technical proficiency in Google Workforce / Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Google Meet/Zoom, etc Willingness to travel as needed to clubs to support targeted initiatives (Member Appreciation events, Openings/Re-Openings, Community Partnership events) Personal passion for health and fitness is highly valued. Special Skills and Qualities: Passion for social media and digital marketing. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills. Major Responsibilities Include: Support and execute regional and local marketing plans. Develop a deep understanding of the business and act as primary marketing contact with club level General Managers and other key personnel Ensure effective communication of corporate strategies to maintain compliance within brand standards. Work with the national marketing team and the co-op/local fund budgets and effectively communicate media buys, post buys, and ongoing management of media vendors as needed to support the initiatives at a local level. Implement a cohesive, results-oriented social strategy throughout social platforms (ie. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other) for each club in the region. Create and execute targeted email campaigns - specific to members at each club and targeted campaigns based on hyper local activities at the clubs. Execute on event strategy, tactical plans, and project management including all logistics, onsite execution, and post event analysis. Guide and ensure consistency of corporate and brand message throughout each marketing initiative. Continue efforts to grow the Perk Partner program at the club level and within our regions of network clubs. Explore and create corporate sales opportunities. Drive new location opening sales performance by implementing plans to build awareness and drive traffic through grass root and digital channels. (Crunch Brand Ambassador initiatives) Identify new opportunities for paid social strategy and stay on top of trends; recommend new platforms, tactics and strategies as needed. Maintain knowledge of the dynamic digital ecosystem (search, social, native, display) and how channels work together Financial Responsibilities: Exhibit an understanding of budgets and revenue drivers. Set monthly spend budgets by club with justification. Operate within prescribed budgets by club. Leadership and Motivation: Serve as a role model on the senior leadership team for junior managers and personnel. Establish effective communications with club level leadership by holding weekly meetings to discuss progress and strategies unique to each club. Provide an inspirational environment that fosters healthy competitions between clubs when it comes to meeting goals, and welcomes honest feedback and ability to adjust initiatives as deemed suitable. Maintain honesty and integrity that bolsters community trust and engagement. Execute Day-to-Day Social Media Initiatives: Posting diversified content to improve user engagement and drive actions across all major channels Create and maintain social media strategy plan (organic and paid) for short term initiatives Manage social media plan for our clubs and work with local managers to assist with organic engagement Monitor and report benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media campaigns and advertising Stay apprised of emerging social media technologies, trends, and industry news Support local Public Relations and event partnerships with social media strategies
