We’re seeking a motivated District Manager (sole contributing outside sales representative) to oversee and grow our retail sales territory, with some support for Licensee business, covering Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, and Timmins. In this role, you’ll combine your sales expertise with your passion for relationship management to make a measurable impact on our business. The ideal candidate will reside in Sudbury to support this territory.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales Growth: Increase distribution of core and agency brands in retail and private stores.Territory Management: Develop sales objectives, oversee activities in your accounts, and identify new business opportunities.Promotional Execution: Implement merchandising and promotional programs that align with national and regional strategies.Account Management: Use your expertise to support and enhance relationships with key stakeholders.Track & Report: Maintain accurate records of account visits, sales activities, and competitor insights.

​What We’re Looking For

Sales Experience: At least 2 years in outside sales, preferably in wine, spirits, or related industries.Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create and maintain client partnerships.Sales Acumen: Proven ability to implement sales strategies and achieve targets in a competitive market.Territory Management: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to optimize your efforts across multiple accounts.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools to streamline reporting and analysis.Local Presence: Residing in or willing to relocate to Sudbury, with a valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.Flexibility: Some overnight customer visits when supporting Timmins and Sault Ste Marie.Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications

University degree or equivalent work experience.3+ years of experience in wine, spirits, or a related field (an asset).
