Sodexo is seeking a District Manager 1 for the Cincinnati, OH area. 

 

The District Manager must have a proven track record of driving outcomes in a complex business environment supporting Environmental Services and/or food operations. Additional qualifications include strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills and a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships.

This District Manager will be a trusted advisor central to the client partnership and key to delivering results that meet client needs. Has direct accountability for operational excellence ‐ achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.  

You have:

Experience in environmental services and/or food operations management as well as working in multiple sites.Knowledge of latest trends and innovations to drive client valueTrack record demonstrating strong leadership skillsAbility to build and develop a strong teamStrong organizational skillsClient relationship skillsStrong communication skills and ability to interact from frontline to C-suiteBusiness development skills to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clientsFinancial and creative problem-solving acumen

have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively; have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance; can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/orPreference to demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
