Sodexo's Energy & Resources Segment is seeking a District (Operations) Manager to oversee and expand our prominent Energy & Resource portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience in both soft and hard services, with a particular focus on hard services such as HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. A strong background in property asset management and familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is also required
What You'll Do Provide strategic direction to uphold company mission and values while promoting best business practices.Coordinate operations, performance, and quality monitoring with strong leadership, financial acumen, and analytical thinking.Manage site-level financials, performance metrics, and contract renewals, addressing scope creep as needed.Negotiate vendor/supplier contracts and manage labor (union) negotiations in collaboration with Sodexo Labor Relations.
