 Dandy is looking for a motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team! As a District Manager, you will support the Dandy vision and mission by ensuring that all stores within your assigned area maintain the high standards of our brand. This includes ensuring stores are clean, stocked, and ready for customers, while maximizing sales and profitability. You will also provide leadership and guidance to store managers, helping them implement the strategies necessary for success.

What You'll Do:

Mentor and coach store managers to promote development and growth.Manage profit and loss, maximizing sales while controlling expenses.Ensure store operations adhere to company policies and procedures.Oversee recruitment, interviews, and training for store-level positions.Collaborate with store managers to address and resolve customer complaints.Conduct store inspections and safety audits; create action plans for improvement.Monitor inventory levels, cash reports, and investigate shrink or irregularities.Ensure stores are compliant with signage, pricing, and promotional product displays.Follow up on new or updated policies and procedures to ensure in-store compliance.Lead community event planning with store managers.Make salary and wage recommendations for store teams.Work with other District Managers to address common challenges and share best practices.Provide on-call coverage for stores on a scheduled rotating basis.

Education and Training:

Associate's degree or equivalent preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of education.Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and internet applications.Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.Valid driver's license required.

Experience Requirements:

At least 4 years of increasing responsibility in retail, preferably in the convenience store industry.Minimum of 2 years of management experience is strongly preferred.

Physical Demands:

Extensive daily travel to assigned stores in a company-provided vehicle.Ability to lift 10-20 pounds frequently and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly.
