Job Requirements

 

At least 2 years multi-unit supervisory experience in the restaurant, retail or hospitality industryGood oral/written communication, analytical/decision-making and conflict resolution skillsBasic personal computer literacyStrong ethical valuesP/L and cost management skillsProven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Provide overall leadership and direct supervision of multiple restaurantsEnsure Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) meet or exceed their annual goals by actively engaging in the coaching and direction of junior management on a day-to-day basisMaintain company standards in food safety, product and facility specificationsIntroduce and reinforce new company products and initiativesSelect, train, develop and motivate junior managementRespond to immediate or severe customer service needsRole model appropriate skills and behaviors in the restaurant
