Manage, coach and develop a team of individual contributors with an average team size of 8-12 direct reports, spending 3-4 days in the field with themAverage assigned sales budget of $10‐15M based on team size, team experience level and market opportunityAccountable for achieving district goals including sales, customer retention, growth targets and route model efficiencies through leveraging distributor partners, corporate accounts, cross-divisional partners, and headquarters resourcesOwn profit and loss for assigned area by managing sales and expense budgets, defining sales territories to direct market growth, growing sales at the projected rate, retaining existing customers and controlling expenses Ensure team achieves key sales and service performance metrics and follows established processes and protocols Recommend unique programs and solutions to customers by leveraging technologyEfficiently manage leased equipment to control costsPosition Details

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $95,000\t- $164,000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
