Your leadership will directly impact operations, client relationships, and business growth. Ideally, you reside in Northern Texas to optimize travel efficiency. What You’ll Do: Lead & Inspire: Motivate on-site teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong client relationships and drive key performance indicators, including profitability, engagement, and safety. Drive Innovation & Growth: Leverage Compass Group’s industry-leading tools to enhance service and ensure long-term client retention. Strategize for Success: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client needs and company objectives. Ensure Compliance & Excellence: Uphold state and local regulations while maintaining top-tier quality and safety standards. Financial Leadership: Manage budgets, reporting, and forecasting to drive sustainable financial success. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years progressive experience in multi-unit food service or hospitality management. Preferred Qualifications: + Strong background in a leadership role with exposure to contract/budget management, customer service, people development, food services, negotiations, etc. + Has a consistent track record and knowledge of growing a business, along with proven business and financial proficiencies. + Has the ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accurately + Shows expert client relationship, influencing, presentation, listening, and communications (written and verbal) skills + Champions the inclusive approach, and is proactive, positive, professional, flexible, and resilient + Demonstrates initiative, ownership, multitasking, prioritization, and organization skills + Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite + Extensive travel is required in this position Ready to Make an Impact?
