5. **Training and Development:** Provide training and support to Store Managers and their teams to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall performance.
6. **Quality Assurance:** Maintain Dunkin' quality standards for products and service across all locations, ensuring consistent and exceptional customer experiences.
7. **Inventory and Supply Chain Management:** Oversee inventory levels, supply orders, and distribution to ensure product availability and minimize waste.
8. **Compliance:** Ensure all stores comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Dunkin' franchise requirements.
9. **Customer Engagement:** Foster strong relationships with customers, gather feedback, and implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in multi-unit management within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
