District Manager - Cincinnati

The District Manager role is extremely important and pivotal to the growth of our organization.  This position is responsible for ensuring sales and growth targets are hit as well as creating a cohesive culture with talent that share the same core values. The District Manager is accountable for ensuring their talent pipeline and for training their talent. The District Manager also handles miscellaneous administrative functions (ie. supply ordering) and finds local events for prospects and employee lead generation. This position is a management position which means that the District Manager is responsible for LEADING, MANAGING, and HOLDING THEIR TEAM ACCOUNTABLE.  The District Manager, must be a motivator and mentor, that will guide and develop the Studio Managers in their district. The District Manager will report directly to the Vice-President of Operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

12+ months working for Empowered Pilates At least 6 months in a Studio Manager role with Empowered Pilates 6 months of multi-unit management Confident in training on sales, service, and leadership Ability to work independently and remotely as well as collaborate with the Leadership Team in and out of the studio Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment. Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment An affinity and passion for fitness Solid writing and grammar skills Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Professional, punctual, reliable and neat Strong attention to detail and accuracy Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information Ability to work harmoniously with supervisors, colleagues, direct reports, clients and the general public Proficiency with computers and studio software

DUTIES:

Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts Manage vendor relationships Utilize management tools and analyze financial reports to set goals and identify and address trends and issues in district performance Facilitate weekly Leadership Team meeting and regular on site visits   Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, utilization reports, etc. Independently make decisions related to high level customer service Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio Cultivate a talent pipeline and hire and train effectively Manage through ad-hoc events to keep district operating to standard Any other duties as assigned
 

REMOTE WORK: 

When working remotely, we expect you to have a dedicated work location that is free of noise and distraction and that has access to the internet and a mobile phone. We will work with you to ensure that you have the tools, technology, and resources necessary to complete your job (excluding your internet and phone service, which are your responsibility). We expect that only Empowered Pilates business tasks will be completed during business hours, with the exception of break periods. Personal tasks, or other types of work may not be completed on Empowered Pilates company time. You will be asked to travel to an off-site locations multiple times per week to perform touch bases, tasks and meetings, and must be available via phone, Zoom, or for an in-person meeting at any time during your assigned "business hours", which are recorded in the internal scheduling system.  Any schedule changes need to be communicated to the VP of Operations.
