What You Can Expect Day-to-Day
Manage a district of prime retail locations, reporting directly to the Regional Sales DirectorRecruit, train, and coach District Sales TeamsCreate strategies for various locations and manage staffing levels Follow procedures for on-boarding and off-boarding employees Regularly visit stores in person and travel up to 75% within your assigned districtWhat it Takes
3+ years of multi-unit management experience in a retail organizationAble to recruit, select, and hire driven team members, including team leads and sales associatesProven track record of growing sales and services while maintaining high operational standardsAble to manage district fiscal budgets, forecast sales, and retail metricsFlexibility to work holidays, evenings, and weekendsWhat You Bring to The Team
