**Job Description** We?re seeking a passionate District Retail Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple properties within the park. The District Retail Manager is responsible for operations of assigned retail locations. The District Retail Manager must ensure efficient operations of their store in line with Aramark?s policies, procedures, and client contract. The Manager coordinates the store?s guest services so that staff members and guests experience a positive impression of the facility. Manage retail operations at various lodges and resorts within the Lake Tahoe locations (Zephyr Cove Resort, M.S. Dixie, Lake Tahoe Adventures & Adventure Mountain). ? Ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of retail outlets, including gift shops, convenience stores, and other retail spaces. ? Coordinate with other departments (food service, housekeeping, etc.) to provide seamless guest experiences. 2. Inventory and Merchandising: ? Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise. ? Curate product selection to align with the park?s natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle. ? Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales. 3. Staff Supervision: ? Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff. ? Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork. ? Conduct performance evaluations and address any issues promptly. 4. Financial Management: ? Develop and manage retail budgets. ? Monitor sales, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed. ? Ensure compliance with financial and operational goals. 5. Guest Service: ? Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors. ? Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and create memorable experiences. ? Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction. 6. Compliance and Safety: ? Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and park regulations. ? Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail spaces. ? Promote sustainable practices and environmental awareness.
