District Sales Manager

The District Sales Manager is responsible for supporting Account Executives in the assigned district to maximize sales growth and profitably.  

\n

Essential Duties: 

\n\nDelivers significant volume growth and maintains profitability\nEffectively coach, mentor, train and direct Account Executives. \nDeveloping and implementing strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals\nEstablish performance goals for all Account Executives and meet regularly with them individually to review and manage their performance to goals.\nLeverage technology and data analysis to identify growth opportunities\nDevelop strategic relationships with key customers in the assigned district. Perform periodic account reviews with Account Executive and support high level sales presentations.\nAddress and resolve escalated customer concerns expeditiously\nPerforming other duties as assigned to meet business needs\n\n

Qualifications: 

\n\nHS Diploma and/or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.\n2 plus years’ foodservice sales experience. 4+ years’ sales experience preferred\n1 plus years’ experience in a leadership role.\nCurrent driver license\nDemonstrated expertise in problem solving\nDemonstrated expertise in using technology and analyzing customer data\nKnowledgeable on industry trends\nHas a bias for action and is intolerant of mediocrity\nExpertise in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nMust be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.\n\n\n

Salary of $90,000 to $125,000 with annual bonus potential depending on competency, experience, qualifications and skills plus annual bonus potential.
