Basic Job Functions:
The role of the District Sales Manager is to lead the sales and marketing efforts for The Nucor Beam Group in the Great Lakes territory (PA, OH, KY, IN and MI) in support of taking care of our customers. This position will require extensive travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for quoting and securing business, providing forecasts, and recommending new business and customers. Supporting the Beam Group’s strategic growth initiatives as well as Nucor’s Commercial Excellence initiatives are essential. Must be able to participate in and promote an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork. Must be willing to relocate to the territory.

Minimum Qualifications: Willingness to travel extensively Prior steel sales experience Preferred Qualifications: Four-year Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field Steel beam sales experience
