**Main Responsibilities**
+ Leading, managing, developing and coaching the sales team to achieve or overachieve sales and unit targets driving profitable growth
+ Understanding customer needs, industry and therapy area changes - Be familiar with the key customer needs in the diabetes management space and stay abreast of market changes and trends
+ Monitoring, analyzing reporting on competitors' products and strategies and driving appropriate business response
+ Anticipating healthcare market developments and translating into sales tactics and successful execution
+ Be seen as an expert in diabetes
**Qualifications**
+ Educated to degree level, major in medical, pharmacy, biology and business is preferred
+ Good knowledge of the diabetes market
+ 3 years previous sales experience in pharmaceutical & devices products, experience in a multinational company is preferred
+ Posses high level of integrity
+ Excellent communication & negotiation skills with the ability to deliver clear concise messages
+ Be able to challenge the status quo with innovation solutions
+ Ability to be autonomous and self-motivated
+ Excellent organizational and project management skills
+ Keen awareness and adherence to timeliness
+ Fluent in Mandarin, English is a plus
