**Job Title: District Service Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Service Manager with experience in heavy construction equipment service. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience working with a variety of heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, haul trucks, and graders. This role involves overseeing and managing service operations within the district, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment. **Responsibilities** + Oversee and manage service operations within the district. + Ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair of heavy construction equipment. + Lead a team of service technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision. + Manage the district's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. + Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize service operations, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. + Collaborate with upper management to align district service goals with overall company objectives. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in heavy construction equipment service. + Strong understanding of excavators, dozers, haul trucks, and graders. + Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. + Solid financial acumen and experience in managing P&L responsibilities. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Extensive knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines. + Management experience is a must. + Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. **Why Work Here?** Join a great privately held company with tremendous growth opportunities.
