Purpose of Role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide varied and standardized administrative support to District Managers within assigned Region by performing clerical, administrative, and general office duties. This includes responsibility for reconciling mileage and expenses reports, making travel arrangements, maintaining office files, and using computer applications.
Responsibilities Statements:
•Reconciles mileage and expense reports for multiple District Managers.
•Makes travel arrangements for District Managers as needed.
•Assists with coordination of special events, provides logistical support such as room reservations, catering etc.
•Prepares routine documents, reports and other correspondence for the District Managers in a timely manner.
•May handle confidential and sensitive information.
•Files department records/documents according to established guidelines.
Required Education/Experience:
•High School Diploma
•1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
•Thorough knowledge and proficiency with PC software programs e.g., word processing, spreadsheet, database management, Power Point, email, calendar.
