In the Role
Effectively multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service to customers and the district Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual, branch and district goalsDevelop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers through the application process, collecting all necessary information for reviewManage the loan origination process while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulationsEngage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systemsExhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and goal oriented attitudeRequirements:
High School Diploma or GEDPreferred:

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
