Integrate diversity, equity and inclusion best practices across the full suite of HR programs
Partner cross functionally to drive DEI recruiting, engagement, retention and development efforts
Enhance employee knowledge, understanding and awareness of DEI experiences and best practices through learning activities and curriculum
Design various metric strategies to enable analysis and reporting of identified DEI objectives and related KPIs
Act as liaison for ERGs have the necessary resources, governance, and support to effectively execute initiatives and foster inclusion across the organization
Partner with ERG councils to ensure alignment of their activities with DEI goals and business priorities
Innovate and problem solve solutions to increase visibility and promotion of DEI and ERG initiatives to increase participation and engagement
Create and manage project plans to ensure content is delivered on time, on budget, and to expected levels of quality
Keep up with key DEI industry trends and best practices
What You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in DEI and human resources
Highly experienced in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging within a fast-paced organization
Proven expertise with detailed project management, execution, and change leadership
Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to audiences of varying levels and backgrounds, effectively communicating key messages and insights
Knowledge of federal, state and local DEI-related law and regulations, including but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, Affirmative Action Requirements, State and Local Regulations
Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as with diverse employees
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Solution oriented and focused on continuous improvement
Excellent time management and communication skills
High attention to detail, organized, and passion for high quality work
Experienced working in virtual international environments with hybrid teams across different time zones
Ability to travel 10%
Preferred Requirements:
Ability to work effectively in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Forms)
Knowledge of Monday.com project management software

The expected salary range for this role is $85,680.00-$116,280.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
