**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Diversity and Inclusion Manager, you will play a critical role in fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace environment for both CBRE GWS and our client. You will collaborate with CBRE GWS and our client's leadership to create and implement a comprehensive DE&I strategy aligned with both organizations goals.
This job is part of the Diversity and Inclusion function. They are responsible for developing programs and providing Diversity and Inclusion training and coaching to employees and managers.
**What You’ll Do:**
**Strategy and Planning:**
+ Partner with CBRE GWS and our client's leadership to understand and align DE&I priorities.
+ Create and implement a tailored DE&I action plan for our client relationship, outlining specific goals, initiatives, and metrics.
+ Stay abreast of industry standard processes and emerging trends in DE&I to inform strategic recommendations.
**Program Development and Implementation:**
+ Design and lead DE&I training programs for CBRE GWS and our client's employees.
+ Create and implement engagement initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging within the CBRE GWS and our client's teams working together.
+ Partner with CBRE GWS and our client internal collaborators to create and implement inclusive recruitment and talent management practices specifically for our client's account.
+ Track and measure the effectiveness of DE&I programs and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
**Communication and Collaboration:**
+ Champion DE&I within the CBRE GWS and our client's teams working together, serving as a resource and advocate for all employees.
+ Create and implement a communication strategy to keep CBRE GWS and our client's leadership informed of DE&I program progress and achievements.
+ Foster strong relationships with key partners across CBRE GWS and our client to drive collaboration on DE&I initiatives.
**Data Analysis and Reporting:**
+ Collect and analyze data on workforce demographics, recruitment, and employee engagement to measure progress towards DE&I goals.
+ Prepare reports for CBRE GWS and our client's leadership summarizing DE&I program results and recommendations.
**What You’ll Need:**
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program development and implementation.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its specific DE&I challenges is a plus.
Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job subject area and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.
