As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise on how to use various data sources to design and develop reports that meet required formats or expected standards and follow a reporting cadence. In this role you will prepare and review reports related to Fannie Mae’s diversity and inclusion strategic priorities and outcomes to ensure information is accurate and descriptive of the data, and that they fulfill business and regulatory needs.

8+ years of relevant experience.Awareness of evolving trends in diversity and inclusion.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or Master’s or other advanced degree.Prior experience using Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and/or Machine Learning, or other technology-enabled automation in reporting processes.Awareness and understanding of the US housing sector, including the Government Sponsored Entities’ (GSE) role in the US housing market.Ability to operate in a highly regulated environment and familiarity with the regulatory requirements related to D&I that are applicable to the GSEs.Prior experience assessing compliance with data governance requirements.Skilled in Alteryx, Workiva, Confluence, MS Copilot, and/or PowerBI.Additional Information
