Job Summary and Qualifications The Division AVP Business Development is responsible for driving profitable growth, managing a portfolio of division / market / facility level service lines and ensuring collaboration across all care settings in a manner that leverages the collective division / market strength and position. What qualifications you will need: + ​​Bachelor's degree​ ​in healthcare, business or a related field​, required + ​​Master's degree​ ​in healthcare, business or a related field​, preferred + 3+ years of experience in ​ ​an acute care hospital environment with relevant service line responsibilities, required + 3+ years of experience in ​ ​an executive level position with responsibility for the relevant service line, preferred HCA Florida East Florida is a part of HCA Florida Healthcare.
