Do you want to be an influencer in healthcare? **Apply for our Division Chief Growth Officer role today!** **Job Summary and Qualifications** **JOB SUMMARY:** · Leads the strategic growth for the North Florida and West Florida Divisions, ensuring that there is a shared focus on key market and service line development and growth opportunities. · Develops and implements growth strategies and initiatives, including managed care programs, service line development, collaborative arrangements with other healthcare systems, physician groups and payers, joint ventures and new businesses to improve and expand healthcare services provided by the divisions. + Develops mutually beneficial strategies for physician partnerships/affiliation and implement the functional and organizational relationships between the health system and its affiliated physician organizations in North Florida and West Florida divisions. Works in conjunction with the Physician Services Group to ensure alignment with division strategic plans. · Formulates and facilitates the strategic planning process and oversee its execution. · Establishes strategic goals for the organization working in partnership with the division executive team. · Evaluates strategic initiatives and provides feedback to the executive team as to their alignment with the overall strategy. · Identifies new business opportunities that are consistent with the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of the organization. · Maintains awareness of the current and potential competitive forces in the marketplace and ensures that the entity has an active and continuous marketing plan that meets the overall strategic objectives. **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** · MBA, MHA or related Master’s Degree is required. · Requires a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in business growth leadership roles (business development, private equity, or similar). · Experience with coordinating and integrating strategic planning and business development. · Proven success in: Service Line Portfolio Performance Metrics, Market share stabilization/growth, Net revenue & volume growth, and Physician Retention and Loyalty rates. · Service Line management preferred **LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:** + N/A **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:** + Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. + A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. + Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a functional and strategic level. + Marketing and service programs development and deployment. **WORK ENVIRONMENT:** Approximately 100% inside work. **PHYSICAL DEMANDS:** See employee health documents for physical demand requirements. **TRAVEL DEMANDS:** 60% of time traveling and meeting with markets/divisions HCA Healthcare (Corporate), based in Nashville, Tennessee, supports a variety of corporate roles from business operations to administrative positions.
