Division Commercial Finance Manager

In this role, the candidate will be a business partner to the leaders of the commercial team, own the deal management process, lead the team, and drives insights to support decision-making.

What You Will Do:

Work closely with the Corporate Accounts and Field sales team to provide financial support in the areas of deal analysis and contract negotiation, pro forma P&Ls, profit management, pricing strategy and execution, contract management, incentives management, etc.Co-lead together with the division leadership team, the pricing strategy, monitor pricing execution and establish tracking processHave direct responsibility for planning, reporting and analyzing all aspects of Corporate Accounts activities.Act as strategic business partner to the General Manager and Corporate AccountsLead the team of Commercial Finance Analysts in charge of respective segments portfolioSupport strategic initiatives, and financial activities around innovation, Grow-to-win, digital for the Corporate Accounts portfolioOwn the relationship with the Commercial Finance Admin partners, and co-lead pricing and incentives management process improvement

What You Will Need:

8+ years’ experience in financial planning, analysis and business support to drive decisions and business initiative implementation with people leadership responsibilitiesBachelor (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or business management.Strong business acumen – the ability to foresee all critical market and internal parameters of a potential investmentSound knowledge of financial processes in industryStrong communication skills to communicate financial information in a simple and easy language with a variety of audiences up to EC level. The position is highly visible to both the European and Global management teamsLeadership experience, influencing and negotiation skillsStrong analytic skills and numerical aptitude, attention to detailAgile learner, ability to drive results in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, act with sense of urgencyHigh level of computer literacy, especially Excel and SAP/BI functionality and reportingFluent in English
