A Kforce client in the Downtown Milwaukee, WI area is looking for a Division Controller. This role will act as a Business Partner for the Division. Looking for an individual to be hands-on and bias for action, have strong accountability, a high sense of urgency and be a change agent. Responsibilities: * Direct monthly forecasting process of synergies, capacity improvements, productivity loss, restructuring expense, investment and cashflow * Financial leader and financial liaison * Manage and improve internal controls procedures and compliance to GAAP/SOX for Integration and restructuring activities
