Position Highlights:
The Division Coordinator position adds value to the Cancer Center research mission through its support of the Moffitt Shared Resources Facilities. The Shared Resources provide a wide variety of technical services to Moffitt Research Faculty, through access to cutting-edge technology, scientific consultation, and analysis services. The Division Coordinator position facilitates these services by performing a wide variety of administrative tasks and support services requiring a high degree of attention to detail, excellent communication and follow-up skills, and ability to work with limited supervision. Collectively, the position will be part of the overall greater team that impacts discovery and innovation, ultimately changes in standard of care that saves patient lives.The Ideal Candidate:
Associate's degree is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat products. Advanced computer skills such as spreadsheet and database knowledge are desired. Candidate is able to prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion. Previous Kronos timekeeping experience.Responsibilities:
The Division Coordinator completes a broad variety of administrative tasks, including: Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments Completing expense reports Composing and preparing correspondence with confidentiality in mind Arrangement of complexed and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas Compilation of documents related to travel and presentations. Coordinates travel arrangements, including transportation and lodging, prepares related itineraries and maintains accurate record for reimbursement purposes; prepares expense reports. Coordinates and schedules conference rooms, facilities requests, environmental services requests, and safety/security. Executes special projects as assigned for the division, such as special reporting, data tracking and or data management. Responsible for ensuring timely, accurate timekeeping and updating timecards across Shared Resources Management. Serves as a resource for all Core Facility Managers to place orders for supplies, reagents, consumables.Credentials and Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of secretarial experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required.Salary and Benefits Offered to Moffitt Team Members:
