The Division Manager where the individual is responsible for delivering consistent sales and market share growth and achievement in the assigned country by identifying the most profitable and strategic opportunities, putting plans in place and managing the fulfillment of the plans to ensure that we gain sustainable new business over time.The individual has an in-depth understanding of the product lines and plays a key role of supporting management in the formulation of sales strategies and goals.This position is responsible for Cardiac Surgery TherapyDirectly report to Country ManagerBased in İstanbulWhat You’ll Do
Successfully runs a commercial business unit towards profit and share maximization.Manages and leads sales and marketing unit with professionalism and towards the successful completion of goalsGenerates new businesses and maintains existing businessContributes to the country sales increaseFormulates, evaluates and implements sales objectives and strategies according to the overall company’s objectives and policiesExecute new product launchesExecution of sales goals, development of incentive programs and directs execution of strategyThe leading individual representing the BU in a countryCustomer and KOL relationshipsOrganizational and people developmentSet direction for local marketing, education activities, market intelligence and champion coordination with EHQManagement of BU-Gross MarginCompliance with Corporate policies and proceduresEnsure compliance in performing the trainings as required by the training procedureEnsure compliance in reporting product experiences according to requirementsResponsibilities For All Functions

Understanding of SH (or similar) product lines and solid understanding of business, financials, products/servicesMinimum bachelor’s degree, MBA is a plus10+ years of experience in sales/marketing with a proven track record within medical device industry, minimum 2 years specific Cardiac Surgery sales experience in OR will be a plusWell organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines.Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.Sales and/or marketing successful managementStrategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skillsIn depth sales and marketing understandingCustomer-oriented and result-orientedFluent English KnowledgeApply Now
