JOB SUMMARY:
Primary responsibility of this role is the coordination of division product needs with the Zone Architectural Services team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect necessary information, including code interpretations, for
introduction of New Home Design into communities.Adheres to established QC processResponsible for completing scope of work summary for every
projectManages and coordinates ARB submittal and approval processManages and coordinates standard plan submittalsCoordination of plan maintenance for division needsAssists Director of Product in ensuring adherence to Master and
Zone plan catalogsAssists Director of Product to ensure Divisions are building to
Common Plan Catalog CDs


MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES LEVEL: MENTOR / COACH / FEEDBACK 

Conducts shop drawing reviewsParticipates in HBO Collaboration meetingProvides input to division operational teams on product requirements for upcoming projectsEstablishes and maintains municipal relationshipsProvides construction administration services for divisionFacilitates plan and detail training for field teams

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or equivalent
* Extensive knowledge and work experience in residential construction may reduce or replace this requirementValid Driver's license

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Related functional experience: Minimum 5 or more years Architectural or Construction experienceCD development and construction expertiseProject management expertiseOutsource management expertiseUnderstanding of Federal and State codes related to residential productKnowledge of residential construction techniques, construction documents, building codes, as well as technical and procedural knowledge of activities related to home building construction, including understanding plans & specsKnowledge of structural elements and product installation means and methodsKnowledge of lean, value engineering and costing principles and practices a plusEffective communication and organization skillsProficient use of Microsoft ExcelProficient use of Autodesk (including Sapphire is plus)
