Under the direction of the Division SPS Project Manager, TFP Safety Coordinator will be responsible for providing project leadership for the safety process as prescribed corporate standards. Functions include administration of policies and procedures, data collection and analysis, training materials and processes, auditing systems, and other safety improvement functions. The position develops programs and practices and trains various locations throughout the division. Other duties may include regulatory compliance; facilitating improvement; and leading teams.
What you’ll be doing:
Maintain and deliver safety training for assigned locations.Facilitate and sponsor teams to ensure ongoing development of world class processes.Lead network of plant safety coordinators developing their skills and capabilities in safety process management, root cause analysis, and auditing.Support the development and continuous improvement of safety systems.Assemble and lead Safety Gap Analysis teams for process auditing purposes within targeted operations and conduct follow up reviews for “below target” locationsAssist operations by providing analysis and identifying focus operations for higher levels of safety performance.Ensure platform for sharing and leveraging best practices among plant networks.Serve as functional leader for safety of startup operations, acquisitions, and integrations from a corporate perspective.Determine appropriate classification of incidents in consultation with plant leadership. Administrative responsibilities include:Analyzing safety incident databases for trendsDevelop and maintain Safety SharePoint SiteThis is a remote position with ideal candidate being in the Central or Eastern time zones, 50% travel

Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this role is from $131,920 to $148,410, plus an annual target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
