Job Summary This individual will work with the management team to guide training and development of team members. Their ultimate goal is to deliver exceptional hospitality and complete administrative tasks in line with client and company guidelines. Key Responsibilities: + Ensures successful OCS (Office Coffee Systems) project deliverables. + Attends project meetings and shares key OCS project information. + Schedules and reviews OCS project timelines with stakeholders. + Contributes to operational standards and excellence during OCS projects. + Motivates team members to deliver excellence. + Works closely with cross-disciplinary regional stakeholders. + Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. + At least 5 years of management experience; Project Management experience preferred. + Ability to communicate, motivate, and interact effectively at all organizational levels. + Creative thinker with excellent follow-through. + Acute attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
