Divisional CFO/Controller
**Divisional CFO/Controller** Jefferson Wells is looking for a full-time job on-site in Phoenix, Arizona. This Division CFO will be an active leader, mentor, and develop a highly functioning cohesive steel manufacturing team, as well as work to promote cross-departmental teamwork, alignment, and collaboration. The Division CFO will be responsible for managing all the division's accounting and financial reporting, human resources, IT and credit-related activities, plus oversight of 2 out-of-state manufacturing locations. Financial experience in the steel fabrication or steel manufacturing industry is needed. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to take on further leadership responsibilities within the Company, now, and in the future. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business, MBA preferred. + Two years of experience in a financial, accounting or related role, preferred CPA. + Two years of experience in a senior leadership position with Financial experience in the steel fabrication or steel manufacturing industry. + Proficient in Excel, Power BI, MS Office, and SAP a plus! + Strong leadership capabilities and desire to grow and contribute. This is a very ‘team collaborative’ organization with a positive work attitude. + Experiencing wearing multiple hats and overseeing HR, IT and Accounting. + Manufacturing experience is a must have. **What’s in it for you:** + Based on experience: $120,000 to $130,000 + bonus + Excellent benefits and bonuses.
