We are currently seeking a Divisional Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational oversight of 40+ Lincare centers. You will also be responsible for meeting growth goals while focusing on delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

Full P & L responsibility for assigned territory Develop and promote strategic business plan that includes sales forecasts, expense budgets, capital budgets, salary budgets, and manpower projections Responsible for asset management, inventories, fixed investment, and rolling stock Provide a safe working environment for all employees in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws Ensure that area of responsibility follows federal, state, and local regulations established by DOT, FDA, EEO, OSHA, and other agencies Travel to Lincare centers throughout assigned territory to drive productivity and efficiencies
