Job Summary
Director of Services Integration will provide direct leadership and management over multiple departments to ensure that the managers are in alignment with KBR policies, programs, procedures, and practices. Will ensure all activities are in accordance with industry recognized best practices and in compliance with contractual requirements. Provide detailed understanding of committed cost and accurate financial forecasts based on actual expenditures and commitments. Develop and implement effective performance metrics necessary to achieve functional goals and objectives. Establish strong alliances and partnerships with all customers to develop an understanding of their needs and future plans. Create and maintain a customer-centric culture and mindset that focuses on customer service
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Ensure resources are integrated, coordinated and deployed to all managers
+ Assemble and lead an organization of managers, supervisors and individual contributors that provide the ultimate in technical and customer services.
+ Continuous attention to cost and personnel work schedules to ensure budget compliance.
+ Manage the financial resources to create and deliver an exceptional level of service through effective cost control and budget management. Develop and implement an annual operating budget to guide activities.
+ Develop and implement programs to provide effective/efficient delivery of technical services.
+ Provide necessary processes and programs to ensure compliance with business expectations for safety, environmental, quality, project budget.
+ Demonstrate effective leadership, managerial, and strategic planning skills.
+ Receive assignments in the form of broad outcomes where problems are broadly defined and frequently require solutions where no guidelines are available.
+ Conduct scheduled program status reviews to ensure projects meet contractual requirements.
+ Assembles and leads an organization of managers, supervisors and individual contributors that provide the ultimate in technical and customer services.
+ Evaluate individual performance of the team at the completion of each assignment.
+ Identify/develop/implement training needs to ensure personnel are technically competent and productive.
+ Evaluate employee performance in accordance with personnel performance review through observation, coaching, goal setting, performance measurement, frequent feedback, rewards and recognition, and will develop and manage a succession plan for key subordinates/key positions.
+ Provides oversite and direction to multiple services and departments for the Djibouti BOSS project such as
Facilities to include but not limited to
+ Carpentry
+ Plumbing
+ HVAC
+ Electrical
+ Labor
+ Custodial
+ Welding
+ Locksmith
+ Fire Protection services
Utilities
+ Electrical Distribution
+ Power Generation
+ Wastewater
+ ROWPU
+ Incineration department
Logistics
+ Port and Terminal
+ CRIMP
+ Fuels
Equipment Maintenance
+ BSVE
+ Transportation
+ Heavy equipment

+ Responsible for providing technical information for new work and over the Limit of liability claims to the Govt. Responsible for the PWS to determine and report to the PMO any discrepancy and reporting departments to ensure everyone is following the PWS and documenting any out-of-scope work.
+ Working closely with the PARs and govt to ensure KBR stays in compliance and documents all exceeds and LOL of all direct reports / departments.
+ Works closely with the QA department to ensure all departments are meeting their PWS requirements and if corrections are required tracking compliance
+ Works closely with the Materials department to ensure materials are ordered and tracked their progress for critical items.
Required Qualifications
+ BS degree from an accredited institution or 10+ years of directly related experience in one or more of the following areas: Facilities / Utilities / Construction
+ 7 years in a senior leadership position.
+ Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with multiple interruptions/distractions.
+ Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity and with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
+ Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
+ Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
