Middlebury’s Office of Digital Learning & Inquiry (DLINQ) partners with the community to explore and design digital practices and spaces that advance Middlebury’s educational mission. The QA projects intern will play a key role in supporting the development of hybrid and fully online courses and programs, particularly by ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of instructional materials developed for courses by performing quality assurance processes on course-related media (audio and video). DLINQ has partnered with multiple departments at the Middlebury Institute to transform programs for online delivery, and we expect the volume of course development work to increase. Quality assurance is a key component of the work of creating inclusive and accessible online learning.
