DMS Field Clinical Applications Specialist

In this role, you will provide Philips Disease Management Solution (DMS) product training and education to customers on assigned DMS product base using curriculum and assessment processes based on the sales order configuration. You will be responsible for providing tactile and didactic training at customer sites and remotely to physician and technologist audiences. This is a home-based position and requires up to 90% travel for on-site applications support.

Your role:

Develops and administers training plans to fulfill obligations of order that ensures customer competency on MRI, DynaCAD, UroNav, Lung Cancer Solution, and Sentinelle Coils.Drives revenue through execution of on-site delivery targets. Provides consultative educational support to customers, driving customer productivity and competency using tactical and didactic training methods. Uncrates and assembles UroNAV systems and Sentinelle Coils.Demonstrates product expertise during clinical training and customer support. Supports new product implementations (NPIs) by working with Sales and Marketing teams, including cross training colleagues on NPI products via team meetings, remote/onsite shadowing, peer to peer training.Works effectively using proactive communication with internal team, Field Service Specialists, Customer Service Center, Sales Representatives, Clinical Specialists, Customers, in-house Quality Assurance, R&D, and Manufacturing personnel to enhance Customer experience.Completes all administrative tasks and paper-work per organization policy and produces written comprehensive trip reports, expense reports, and weekly schedules.

You’ve acquired 3+ years clinical experience in MR, CT or Ultrasound and have a familiarity with image generation and data analysis tools. You also possess strong project management skills; strong conflict management and influencing skills; clinical knowledge of modality specific workflow and implementation including current trends in the clinical setting; strong teaching, coaching and mentoring skills delivered in the learning style which best suits the situation.Your skills include imaging experience and familiarity with digital imaging workstations; troubleshooting computer, software, networking and basic DICOM knowledge; advanced knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, pathology, and physiology; and strong interpersonal, customer and management skills with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.You have a minimum Associates Degree in Radiology required, plus Certification in MRI, CT, or Ultrasound Modalities preferred.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.You are able to travel up to 100% of the week is required by car, air, and/or train, including overnight stays and occasional international travel and you must be located near a major (non-regional) airport (within or around 1 hour drive) to be considered. Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills. Advanced knowledge of clinical applications and post processing products.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $83,363 to $133,380.

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $87,750 to $140,400.

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $92,132 to $154,000.

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $98,280 to $157,248.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
