Job Responsibilities
Successfully implement manufacturing processes to meet production targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine efficient production schedules.
Maintain exceptionally high standards of quality control throughout the manufacturing process
Monitor and adjust production equipment to ensure flawless operation
Align with safety and environmental regulations
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues promptly and effectively
Requirements
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong collaborative skills with a focus on inclusion and teamwork
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Outstanding problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $180,000.00–$200,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
