Dock Coordinator

We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. **Job Description** The Dock Coordinator primary responsibility is to oversee the loading and unloading of goods at the dock. This includes coordinating schedules, ensuring safety protocols are followed, inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with other departments to facilitate smooth operations. **Reporting Location** : Zephyrhills, FL **Compensation:** $25.50 / hour **Shift differential:** 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked **Schedule** : Sunday - Thursday 6 pm - 330 am Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs **Benefits:** Medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, company discounts, paid vacation, and much more! Employees are eligible for benefit election on day 1 of employment. **Skills Required:** • Run shipping and receiving requirements daily • Coordinate truck traffic & execute daily dock schedules for both inbound and outbound loads • Check trucks in/out of Das Monitor/PINC/Freight Roll • Post orders in the SAP system • Upload hard copies to freight roll it doesn’t print out. • Investigate, troubleshoot, and report inventory management failures • Communicate with planning/transport/production front line and off-site warehouses as needed • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse, dock office, and yard • Ensure daily warehouse Key Performance Indicators are met • Maintain “First Expired First Out” • Maintain professional and positive interactions with carriers • Maintain a positive attitude, commitment, and dedication to success of the factory • Maximize dock door utilization and line load opportunities, providing directions to Warehouse and Palletizer drivers as needed • Post goods issue for all outbound loads • Receipt of inbounds/returns within 24 hours of arrival • Maintain accuracy of Yard Management in PINC • Communicate with Yard Jockeys and Carriers to enhance dock efficiency • Maintain Dock Office at or above 90% 5s standard • Resolve order and goods issue discrepancies • Reconcile the expected goods • Support production with purchase order creation as needed • Complete product traceability and withdrawal reports • Complete order exceptions as needed • Proactively communicate within Warehouse Team and with other Departments for issue resolution and process improvements • Other duties as assigned by Resource **Qualifications** DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience • 2-3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse preferred • Customer service and communication skills • Proficient computer skills including but not limited to: Microsoft applications including Excel, Email, word. • SAP knowledge is a plus • Organizational skills with the ability to continuously handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to interact effectively with the Leadership Team • Prior forklift and yard truck experience preferred • Ability to handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Must be flexible in working hours – overtime, vacation coverage, and off-shifts Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
