Our client, a leader in logistics and distribution, is looking for a Dock Lead to join their team in Westampton, NJ. In this role, you will oversee dock operations, ensure shipment accuracy, and manage a team to facilitate smooth outbound shipping processes.

**You must have Dock experience to be considered for this role**

Key Responsibilities:

Check loads for accuracy and verify pallets before shipment.Review and understand Bills of Lading (BOL) for compliance and accuracy.Minimize damages during shipment preparation and handling.Manage and lead a team of up to 5 employees in a high-volume environment.Oversee daily pickups and ensure timely and efficient dock operations.

Requirements:

Proficiency in operating all types of forklifts.Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of outbound shipping processes.At least 3 years of experience in a 3PL environment preferred.Bilingual proficiency required.Experience in quality control and shipment verification.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (hours may vary based on workload).
