Document Advisor
Job Description An employer located in Los Angeles, CA is looking to hire an onsite Document Advisor. He/She will ensure and review all accuracy of construction documentation for their assigned projects which are received through field site visits, the project team and via the company's document repository. This documentation will be supporting CPUC audits and internal audits as well. He/she will work closely with the construction team and quality assurance team individually to schedule site visits for documentation review. It is highly important this person manages documentation for compliance with regulatory, company, and department requirements. This position will be given a territory that includes field locations from the Arizona border to the Mexican border, and up to Fresno and Monterey county. Travel expenses will be reimbursed for hotel, meal, and mileage. There will be on the job training provided, this role will be M-Fri 8-5pm. (This role is paying between $30-$50/hour). Skills and Requirements - 1-5+ years of utility inspection and/or compliance experience, pipeline or construction specific - Ability to travel with a reliable form of transportation - Ability to review work, ensure all material and inspection documentation processes have been properly followed - Understanding of gas standards and/or applicable code - Experience with computer skills, MS Office, Adobe pro, SAP or Ariba - Previous experience working within pipeline inspection, weld inspection, material traceability - Understanding of Pipeline Safety Regulations, specific to gas or petroleum null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
