Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and outgoing Document Control Associate to join our team. This role involves working with 3rd party vendors and customer orders, transferring documents from paper to computer-based systems, creating and reviewing certificates of analysis, participating in customer complaints, updating spreadsheets for product tracking, and completing documentation control and auditing tasks.
ResponsibilitiesWork with 3rd party vendors and manage customer orders.Transfer documents from paper to computer-based systems as needed.Create and review certificates of analysis for customer orders.Participate in handling customer complaints.Create and update spreadsheets for product tracking.Complete documentation control and auditing tasks.Essential SkillsExperience with document control and auditing.Ability to independently manage document transfers and certificates of analysis.Knowledge of regulatory guidelines including Kosher, Halal, and HACCP.Proficiency in SAP, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.Experience in food/flavor, nutraceuticals, or other HACCP certified environments.Additional Skills & QualificationsNo degree necessary – a high school diploma is sufficient.Work Environment
Our work environment is energetic and motivating. The team includes two QC members on site, a remote employee in Colombia, and nine QC members in our UK office. The shift is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend work or overtime required. You will collaborate often with the Purchasing and Sales Departments. Additionally, there is an opportunity to travel to Las Vegas and other trade show networking events. We offer a good work-life balance in a friendly and energetic setting.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
